Watch highlights of the 2016 Thames Sailing Barge Parade

On 18 September 2016, Livett’s assisted with the procession of spectacular sailing barges through central London.

Up to 12 traditional Thames sailing barges journeyed through Tower Bridge and into the upper pool of London.

Due to their restricted manoeuvrability, Livett’s provided workboats Alfie and Eddie C to help swing the barges just below London Bridge.

The whole event went incident-free, and it was great to be part of such a special day. You can watch a video of the day’s activity below:
