Our latest collaboration with Netflix is a step closer to hitting screens, following the release of its debut trailer.
Back In Action tells the story of Emily and Matt, husband and wife former CIA spies who are pulled back into the dangerous world of espionage after their secret identities are exposed.
The action-comedy is led by Hollywood A-listers Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz, and marks the latter’s return to the big screen following her retirement from acting in 2014.
The trailer received millions of views within days of it being released. You can watch it here:
As you may have spotted, many of the film’s biggest set piece sequences take place throughout London and on the River Thames itself.
This meant Livett’s highly regarded stunt filming and marine coordination team were enlisted to support production between December 2022 and January 2023.
The film includes one of the most ambitious and risky river chase scenes ever seen on the Thames. We’ll be sharing much more about our involvement following the film’s release in the new year, so stay tuned for that.
