First footage of The Boys In The Boat released

the boys in the boat featurette

We are hugely excited to share the news that the first featurette trailer of The Boys In The Boat has been released.

Directed by Hollywood legend George Clooney, The Boys In The Boat is a biographical sports drama that tells the remarkable story of the University of Washington rowing crew that represented the United States in the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin.

We had the immense pleasure of working extensively with the film’s production team over the course of a year to help enable all marine scenes to be filmed safely and efficiently.

Our Managing Director, Ed Livett, served as the film’s Marine Coordinator, whilst Livett’s provided all marine support during filming. Our major involvement in the production is further testament of our world-renowned reputation in marine film services and coordination.

Watch the behind-the-scenes featurette below to learn about more the highly-anticipated movie and see how some of the rowing scenes came to life:

The Boys In The Boat is due to be released in UK cinemas on 12 January 2024. Stay tuned to our website and social channels for more information about Livett’s contributions to the film ahead of its release.
