In the enchanting new five-part series Roux Down The River, legendary chef Michel Roux journeys down the magnificent River Thames exploring the delicious food and fascinating people who live and work on its banks, cooking his own mouth-watering recipes along the way.
Chris features in episodes four and five, which sees Roux mudlarking, discovering a 2,000 year old Roman recipe on the Thames foreshore, and cooking up an exquisite feast aboard one of our vessels.
