About Eddie C

Eddie C is an ideal platform for filming, support work or as a safety boat. She is by far the most versatile and stable craft of her size.

Built in 1987 and is licensed with the Port of London Authority to carry six passengers, she is highly manoeuvrable, has a low freeboard and a central cabin allowing 360 degree access.

This can be beneficial for both filming work and when providing safety cover.

The Eddie C has been used as a safety boat on a number project for both filming and engineering, including:

  • Baynard House cofferdam and ongoing work at the site
  • Jaguar XE launch event – Emeli Sande concert on a floating stage
  • Blackfriars Railway Bridge maintenance
