Livett’s continue to lead the way in marine-based film production on the River Thames, and we are immensely proud to be trusted with some of cinema’s most ambitious moments and biggest blockbusters.
And the stakes were literally sky-high for our latest project, as we proudly supported the production of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.
With Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise front and centre once again for the eighth instalment in the iconic film series, we helped capture some of the film’s most exciting moments, shot right here in the heart of London across Westminster Bridge.
A glimpse of our work can be seen at the 1min 45 seconds mark in the final launch trailer:
The teaser shows just a hint of the action filmed on and above the Thames.
To ensure a successful shoot, we called upon all our expertise as the River Thames’ leading drone filming provider.
From securing permissions, to coordinating marine logistics, our knowledge and experience were instrumental in achieving the director’s vision safely and seamlessly.
We’ll be sharing a full behind-the-scenes look at our involvement after the film’s release, so be sure to follow us and stay tuned for more.
This wasn’t our first mission with Tom Cruise, having previously worked on Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol – so it was a thrill to return to the franchise once again for what promises to be another adrenaline-fuelled ride!
Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning hits UK cinemas on 21 May
